The Seceret Garden and other Books

Taylor and I are reading The Secret Garden. My favorite was chapter 14, "The Mysterious Boy". It is a very fun book.
It is about a girl from India who's name is Mary. She found a secret garden that had been locked up for ten years. She was playing with a Robin when she found the key in the dirt. The wind blew some vines off the door that she didnt know were there and she unlocked it and went in.
You should try reading it. It is very easy.

the race!!!

Today tanner and trixy had a race to see who could drink tuna fish juice the fastest. And guess who won. Until my next post you can guess.

India

Today we finished the phantom tollbooth. We are studying ancient India so we made bracelet's that originated in India.

Here is some info about them

Raksha Bandhan is primarily a North Indian festival kindling the deepest emotions of love and affection amongst the siblings. Just like all Indian festivals, this is also celebrated with lots of verve.

The sister ties the rakhi on the brother's wrist and both pray for each others' well being followed by a pledge from the brother to take care of his sister under all circumstances. The brother then usually gifts something to the sister to mark the occasion.

Hi I am back. My favorite winter Olympic game is ice skating because they do lots of cool tricks. I know this is a short post " but never mind about that ". Bye bye

the mile run and stuff

Today I ran one whole mile on the treadmill. I am practicing for a 5-k.
Trixy is learnig bow and heal. Trixy got a new leash and collar. Friday I spent the night at Ms house I went to bed at 10:30 and got up at 4:40 in the morning. Last night I got new shoes.
Tonight I am going to Ms house to get firewood.

Pictures and Stuff

Hello everyone!
Sorry I havent posted in a long time. All these pictures were taken with my new camera I got for Christmas. It is a sony cyber-shot. I like it because I can take pictures whenever I want, except for when the batteries are low. I like taking pictures because it is fun!
My favorite thing I did on Christmas vacation was getting to see my cousins. I got horse riding lessons for christmas also!

I am doing a six hour reading program to get six flag tickets. So far I have read an 2 hour and 20 mins. The books I have read so far are called: American Girls Short Stories; Kristen's Promise and Thanks to Josefina. My favorite one was "Thanks to Josefina" it was about a girl named Josefina who wove blankets. Josefina is a spanish name so the "j" is pronounced like an "h". So that means her name is pronounced as "ho-seh-FEE-nah".

This is me and Sydney. Sydney is my cousin. Jojo got us matching shirts for Christmas.
These are some balloons I put in a bottle. I had to put a straw in the bottle to blow up the balloon. PawPaw helped me with it. It was very very fun!
Tanner is very sleepy in this picture. He said "please leave me alone and turn that flash off" in cat language.

Sorry.... it's been a while since I have posted. We have been on vacation.
The two pictures are of my cat and dog, Tanner and Trixy. I took the pictures all by myself. :)

the cat is back

The cat is back!!! When he came back he had sticker burs on his fur. I brushed all of them out, except 2 that were on his belly, while he ate & ate & ate & ate.

I am so happy he is back.

Cat

Our cat has not come home since last night.
I am worried about hem. One of my best fends said do not worry about him, she said, "Just because our cat got hit by a car does not mean yours will."
I hope he comes home.

party!!!

Party party party! party party party! yeah. On the 18th is J's birthday. He will be 6 yers old.

puppy

Sunday we got a puppy. She is fun and funny! She is tanish blackish her name is trixy.
She is a cairn terrier, like toto on the Wizard of Oz. She likes to play with daddy.
We got her at m&m's, they are selling them. There are 3 left. She is 12 weeks old we got her a collar, harness & leash.

Garage Sale

Tomorrow A A & I are going to have a garage sell...... Oh, & my Brothers, Mom, Dad, & A&A's Mom will all be here too. We are selling lots of toys!!! Yesterday we cleaned up our bed room.

My favorite thing I did yesterday was going to church. We are learning about the beatitudes. Church is fun cause M and M go there too! I am in class with M.

Here's My Blog!

We are getting ready for a garage sale. Yesterday me, my brothers and my mom set up a tent that had never been opened. We got last summer when we went to Colorado. My Daddy tilled a place where our garden is going to be.

I am excitted to have my own blog!! I am going write about all sorts of things. I think it will be very very very fun!

I have to go now and help get things ready for the garage sale.
